What is the processing time to get my order? We try to process your order within 1 business day, but we cannot always promise this will be the case.
If you select an express shipping option then your order will be put as priority.
Absolutely! We're happy to provide discounts to or customers. These are offered on our social media channels and to www.youroiltools.com rewards members.
You can sign up for our monthly emails online. We send an email each month, which includes promotions or coupons that are valid for that month. We also offer promotions on Facebook®, Instagram™, and Twitter™. All promo codes are final. Once you have placed your order you cannot change the code afterwards, even if you find a better one.
Our goal is to ship your order as fast as humanly possible. Sometimes products become unavailable or out of stock during the process of online shopping. If some or all of the products in your order are currently on "Back Order", then we will ship those items as soon as they become available. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or the time frame of your items, please email us, and a customer service representative will be able to assist you.
Where is my refund?
If your order qualifies for a refund, then you will be notified by our customer service team. Please note refunds can take up to 7 days with some banks.
Shipment of Your Order
- We ship orders Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM. All orders received after 8 AM will ship the following business day. Please note that your shipping method is not from the time your label is created but from the time it leaves the shipping facility. Whichever shipping method you choose, plan on an extra day (i.e. if you choose 2 Day Priority Mail, plan on 3 Days in total from the day you place the order). Order will be processed and shipped in the order they are received. If you would like your order shipped with priority, please choose the fastest shipping option in the checkout portion.

- We use a network of economical, fast, and reliable shipping carriers. Most customers receive their orders within a week.
- When you add the items to your cart, you can see the total shipping cost after you enter your shipping information.
YOT Kidz is a US based company, therefore any import charges associated with bringing your order into your country (i.e. Duties & Taxes) are payed for by the customer. These costs could fluctuate over time, so we recommend using an online calculator/estimator for what these costs might be.
- Customs can hold a package for a number of days. If you haven't received your order within two weeks, let us know by contacting us.
- We discount all our international shipping costs for customer convenience, so the original shipping expense will be higher than the amount you paid.
- If you qualified for free shipping, you will also be charged the original shipping expense we incurred to ship you the package.
- If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses we incurred to ship you the package, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.
YOT Kidz will return items at the customer's cost if the product is unused or unopened. If you believe your product is defective please contact us so we can process a request with the manufacturer.
We strive to go above and beyond, so please understand that every situation is different, and we treat them as so. The manufacturer's warranty may be longer than our store's warranty, so you may also want to check with the manufacturer directly.
